This blueberry smoothie has an amazing combination of flavors coming through with the taste of blueberries followed by fresh orange and then hints of maple and vanilla.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Purée until smooth.
Transfer to a glass. Serve garnished with some fresh blueberries and mint, if desired.
Notes
If you can find frozen, wild blueberries, those are a great choice but regular blueberries work as well.
I like to go for the full 10% M.F. creamy Greek yogurt but feel free to choose low fat.
Like most thick smoothies, you may need to stop the blender and scrape the sides down a couple of times to get it to a nice and smooth consistency.
This is optional, but if you would like to thin it out, try adding some milk, water or almond milk.
