Blueberry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie has an amazing combination of flavors coming through with the taste of blueberries followed by fresh orange and then hints of maple and vanilla.

Notes

  • If you can find frozen, wild blueberries, those are a great choice but regular blueberries work as well.
  • I like to go for the full 10% M.F. creamy Greek yogurt but feel free to choose low fat.
  • Like most thick smoothies, you may need to stop the blender and scrape the sides down a couple of times to get it to a nice and smooth consistency.
  • This is optional, but if you would like to thin it out, try adding some milk, water or almond milk.
