Sweet Potato Smoothie

This sweet potato smoothie with cream cheese is a fall favorite that tastes almost like pumpkin pie filling! It's incredibly smooth, creamy and so cozy.

Notes

  • My top tips are to make sure the cream cheese is softened ahead of time so that it blends nicely and the sweet potato has cooled.
  • If you like it a little sweeter, maple syrup is the perfect sweetener to add.
