Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups frozen banana slices
  • fresh banana slices - optional garnish
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder - optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, peanut butter and bananas to a blender.
  • Pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass and garnish with fresh banana slices on a mini skewer. Sprinkle with some cinnamon powder if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to use an alternative milk like oat milk or almond milk.
  • You may need to stop the blender and mix the contents around a couple of times because it is a thick smoothie and you want to make sure you get all of the chunks blended.
