This healthy, green smoothie couldn't get anymore green with its mixture of cucumber, spinach, lime, kiwi and avocado. Pineapple and fruit juice give it a touch of sweetness and balance out the flavors so that you can get this one down without plugging the nose!
Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Store-bought pre-frozen pineapple chunks are cheaper but they might not be as sweet and ripe as home-frozen fruit.
