This green tea smoothie combines a few simple ingredients like pineapple, grapes and cooled green tea for a refreshing morning boost.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup green tea - cooled
  • ½ cup green grapes - halved
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks - frozen
  • ½ cup banana slices - frozen

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to a glass and serve.

  • Green tea does contain caffeine but decaffeinated green tea is also available.
