Mango Smoothie Recipe

Thick, sweet and ice cold, this mango smoothie tastes more like a frozen dessert than a healthy breakfast snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup mango juice
  • ½ cup mango yogurt
  • frozen mango slices - to garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pulse all of the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass garnished with frozen mango slices.

Notes

  • This is a very thick smoothie so if it seems to be getting stuck: stop the blender, mix the contents around a bit, put the lid back on and continue blending. Or, add some more mango juice a little bit at a time until it blends more smoothly.
