This papaya smoothie is creamy, thick and delicious. I invite both lovers and non-lovers of papaya to try it out. It’s sweetened with a touch of honey, orange juice and some frozen bananas.
Blend on high speed until smooth. Adjust the sweetness with honey, if needed. If you’d like it to be thinner, add some more juice.
Transfer to a glass and serve.
Notes
You can substitute cashew milk with your favorite plant-based milk.
Agave nectar is a vegan substitute for the honey.
You can use fresh ginger instead of ground ginger or omit it if you don't like the taste.
