Blend until smooth. You may need to stop the blender a couple of times to scrape down the sides and then continue blending.

If you’re using your own produce from the backyard or from a farmers’ market, you can definitely slice and freeze your own (I can’t grow peaches where I live, unfortunately). The benefit to this would be the ability to pick the best looking produce and choosing how ripe it is.
If you want the extra fiber, you can leave the peel on. If you don't like the idea of little bits of peel in your smoothie, then I would recommend peeling the peaches. You can find pre-peeled, pre-frozen peach slices in the grocery store if you don't want to put in the extra prep time.
