Sip on this bright, refreshing peach smoothie made creamy with Greek yogurt and sweet with a touch of honey. It’s a frozen delight that will perk up your morning with nutrients and sunny but mild flavors; nothing too crazy for the am.

With all of the creamy ingredients combined with the peaches, it almost tastes like liquefied peaches and cream and I’m okay with that.

🍑Ingredients

Peach smoothie ingredients prepped on marble background.
  • almond milk – I usually have almond milk on hand but if you have a different plant-based milk or cow’s milk that is okay too.
  • plain Greek yogurt – It’s thicker and tangier than regular yogurt which makes it so nice in a smoothie.
  • liquid honey – Honey gives the smoothie a nice sweetness and it goes amazingly with Greek yogurt.
  • frozen peach slices – If you’re using your own produce from the backyard or from a farmers’ market, you can definitely slice and freeze your own (I can’t grow peaches where I live, unfortunately). The benefit to this would be the ability to pick the best looking produce and choosing how ripe it is.
  • frozen mango chunks – Adding a bit of mango to the smoothie adds more punchy flavor and color without overpowering the peaches.
  • frozen banana slices – I like to buy most of my produce pre-frozen from the grocery store. It ends up being cheaper for me and most of the work is already done. It’s a win-win!

❓Recipe FAQs

Should I peel peaches for smoothies?

If you want the extra fiber, you can leave the peel on. If you don’t like the idea of little bits of peel in your smoothie, then I would recommend peeling the peaches. You can find pre-peeled, pre-frozen peach slices in the grocery store if you don’t want to put in the extra prep time.

How do you cut peaches for smoothies?

I like to cut my peaches into wedges or chunks for smoothies. The way you cut it isn’t going to matter a whole lot because it will all be blended together. If you’re going to be peeling the peaches first, use a paring knife or vegetable peeler to remove the skin.
