Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice - freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen banana slices
  • fresh pineapple wedge - optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse on high speed until smooth.

Notes

  • Watch the ingredient list because sometimes pineapple juice has a mixture of other juices. I like to get the kind that has pineapple juice only and no added sugar.
  • You can either cut and freeze your own ripe pineapple or buy pre-frozen chunks from the supermarket.
  • Bananas are very easy to freeze as well: simply slice and freeze. But you can also find these pre-frozen.
