Watch the ingredient list because sometimes pineapple juice has a mixture of other juices. I like to get the kind that has pineapple juice only and no added sugar.
You can either cut and freeze your own ripe pineapple or buy pre-frozen chunks from the supermarket.
Bananas are very easy to freeze as well: simply slice and freeze. But you can also find these pre-frozen.
