Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey - or agave nectar
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • fresh raspberries and mint sprigs - garnish

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender (except for the garnishes).
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to a glass, top with the fresh raspberries and mint and serve.

Notes

  • If you're following a vegan diet, go ahead and use a plant-based yogurt. There are lots of options in the supermarket including Silk almond or coconut-based yogurts. You can even find them in Greek style.
  • Feel free to swap in agave nectar for honey if that’s more your style—it works just as well!
  • Make sure you blend it thoroughly until smooth and avoid letting the smoothie sit for too long before drinking. I always make my smoothies fresh for this reason!
