Craving something cool, fresh, and a little tangy? This red raspberry smoothie is made with only 4 ingredients: frozen raspberries, creamy Greek yogurt, white grape juice and a touch of honey. With its bold berry flavor, you'll be hooked after one sip.

Its naturally beautiful pink color (just like a cherry smoothie or beet smoothie) makes it as visually appealing as it is tasty. This smoothie is extra creamy with the Greek yogurt.
Plus, it's quick to blend up and works perfectly as a drinkable breakfast, snack, or treat for kids. Basically, it’s a simple, delicious way to get a fruity boost anytime.
Make sure you get this smoothie on your weekly meal plan when raspberries are in season and you can find them at farmers' markets and local grocery stores at cheaper prices. And if you have them growing in your backyard? All the better.
- red raspberries - You need frozen raspberries for this smoothie. You can easily find them in the freezer section of the grocery store and they're a lot cheaper than fresh. You can also freeze your own by spacing them apart on a sheet pan and transferring to the freezer until solid.
- white grape juice - White grape juice is made from green grapes and typically has a lighter, sweeter flavor than red grape juice. It's mellow flavor won't overpower the raspberries. I also use it in my green tea smoothie for this very reason.
- Greek yogurt - If you're following a vegan diet, go ahead and use a plant-based yogurt. There are lots of options in the supermarket including Silk almond or coconut-based yogurts. You can even find them in Greek style.
- honey - Feel free to swap in agave nectar for honey if that’s more your style—it works just as well!

🥤 How to Make a Raspberry Smoothie

Step 1. Add ingredients. Pop all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor—just leave the garnishes out for now.

Step 2. Blend. Blend it all on high until everything’s nice and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if anything’s sticking.

Step 3. Serve. Pour your smoothie into a glass, then top it off with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint. Serve it right away and enjoy!
💪 3 Juicy Health Benefits
- Manganese Boost - They contain manganese, a little powerhouse of a mineral that can help keep your skin glowing, your bones strong, and your blood sugar in check.
- Low in Sugar - Even with all their sweet, juicy goodness, raspberries are actually one of the lowest-sugar fruits out there.
- Packed With Vitamin C - Just one cup of raspberries (the amount in this smoothie) gives you about half of your daily vitamin C—how amazing is that for such a tiny fruit?
