Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup oranges - peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh carrots - peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup beetroot - peeled, chopped and frozen

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Pulse a few times and then blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass and serve.

Notes

  • This recipe is written vegan as is, but if you would like it to be creamy, add a couple of tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt.
