Raw Veggie Smoothie

Sharing is caring!

This raw veggie smoothie is a vibrant, nutrient-packed drink that combines earthy flavors with natural sweetness. It's vegan-friendly and naturally sweet enough from the carrots, beets and oranges that no extra sweeteners or bananas need to be added!

Most smoothie recipes contain bananas or honey for sweetness, especially when it comes to veggie smoothies so if you don't like that particular flavor, this smoothie is perfect for you. It's a nice way to switch things up from your typical green vegetable smoothie.

I also have this raw beet smoothie recipe and fresh carrot banana smoothie if you're looking to get more vegetables into your diet in new and tasty ways.

  • oranges - You will need both oranges and orange juice for this smoothie. You can either freshly squeeze some navel oranges, make some orange juice from frozen concentrate or buy some prepared orange juice from the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
  • fresh carrots - Smaller carrots are usually sweeter and more tender than large ones, so opt for those.
  • beets - You can either peel, chop and freeze beets your self or save on a large amount of prep time by buying a bag or pre-prepped and frozen beets at the grocery store. They work just as great!
