Strawberry-Blueberry Smoothie

Strawberries and blueberries combine with creamy Greek yogurt for a delicious, nutritious strawberry-blueberry smoothie. The sweetness comes from the orange juice and berries without having to add any processed sugars.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup orange juice - fresh is best or premade juice without any added sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 mint sprig - to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the orange juice, yogurt, strawberries and blueberries to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass, garnished with the fresh mint sprig.

Notes

  • If you would like a thicker smoothie, blend a few ice cubes or a bit more frozen fruit into it.
