Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

Sharing is caring!

Red and blue berries combine with creamy Greek yogurt for a delicious, nutritious strawberry-blueberry smoothie. The sweetness comes from the orange juice and berries without having to add any processed sugars.

2 glasses with strawberry-blueberry smoothie and fresh mint garnish.

The mint garnish adds some earthy freshness to your morning that your breath will also appreciate. Similarly, I have a keto blueberry smoothie and strawberry banana smoothie with mint you might like. Let’s get blending!

🍓 Ingredients

  • orange juice - Fresh is best or premade juice without any added sugar.
  • vanilla flavored Greek yogurt - I use 2% M.F. (milk fat). If you love yogurt in smoothies, you might also want to try this Greek Yogurt Smoothie.
  • strawberries - Sliced and frozen to add thickness to the smoothie.
  • blueberries - I also use frozen blueberries.
  • fresh mint sprig - To garnish (totally optional).
