Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

Red and blue berries combine with creamy Greek yogurt for a delicious, nutritious strawberry-blueberry smoothie. The sweetness comes from the orange juice and berries without having to add any processed sugars. The mint garnish adds some earthy freshness to your morning that your breath will also appreciate. Let’s get blending!

Ingredients

  • orange juice – fresh is best or premade juice without any added sugar
  • vanilla flavored Greek yogurt – I used 2% M.F.
  • frozen sliced strawberries
  • frozen blueberries
  • fresh mint sprig – to garnish

How to Make it

  1. Add ingredients to blender. Add the orange juice, yogurt, strawberries and blueberries to a blender.
  2. Blend. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve. Serve in a glass, garnished with the fresh mint sprig.

If you would like a thicker smoothie, blend a few ice cubes or a bit more frozen fruit into it.
