Red and blue berries combine with creamy Greek yogurt for a delicious, nutritious strawberry-blueberry smoothie. The sweetness comes from the orange juice and berries without having to add any processed sugars.
The mint garnish adds some earthy freshness to your morning that your breath will also appreciate. Similarly, I have a keto blueberry smoothie and strawberry banana smoothie with mint you might like. Let’s get blending!
Ingredients
- orange juice – fresh is best or premade juice without any added sugar
- vanilla flavored Greek yogurt – I use 2% M.F.
- strawberries – sliced and frozen for thickness
- blueberries – also frozen
- fresh mint sprig – to garnish (optional)
*Check recipe card for ingredient amounts.
How to Make it
- Add ingredients to blender. Add the orange juice, yogurt, strawberries and blueberries to a blender.
- Blend. Blend until smooth.
- Serve. Serve in a glass, garnished with the fresh mint sprig.
Top Tip
If you would like a thicker smoothie, blend a few ice cubes or a bit more frozen fruit into it.
