Triple Berry Smoothie

This triple berry smoothie is a fruity combination of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with a few other choice ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup banana slices - frozen
  • ½ cup strawberry slices - frozen
  • ¼ cup blackberries - frozen
  • ¼ cup raspberries - frozen
  • ½ cup mixed berry yogurt
  • frozen berries - optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth. Adjust the thickness with almond milk, if needed.
  • Transfer to a glass, garnish with frozen berries and serve.

Notes

  • You could use 1 cup of pre-frozen mixed berries from the grocery store in place of the berries in this recipe.
  • If you can’t find mixed berry yogurt, I also like to use raspberry yogurt.
