This triple berry smoothie is a fruity combination of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with a few other choice ingredients. This may depend on the ingredient brands you choose, but I think this smoothie tastes like a fruit roll up!
This smoothie has triple the goodness with its combination of blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. It’s one of my favorites so far but I also have other berry smoothies including this blueberry yogurt smoothie and strawberry blueberry smoothie that are delicious.

Recipe FAQs
Absolutely! I love adding frozen berries to a smoothie because they thicken it up and chill it nicely.
No. There is no need to thaw frozen berries before adding them to a smoothie, especially if you have a high-powered blender. If you are going to defrost them, however, I would do so in the refrigerator.
I almost always find that frozen fruit is cheaper than its fresh fruit match. Not only is it cheaper but it saves you on prep time.
