Triple Berry Smoothie

This triple berry smoothie is a fruity combination of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with a few other choice ingredients. This may depend on the ingredient brands you choose, but we think this smoothie tastes like a fruit roll up! This is one of my favorites so far. This smoothie has triple the goodness with its combination of blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.

Ingredients

  • plain unsweetened almond milk
  • banana slices – frozen
  • strawberry slices – frozen
  • blackberries – frozen
  • raspberries – frozen
  • mixed berry yogurt
  • frozen berries – optional garnish

Substitutions

  • If you can’t find mixed berry yogurt, I also like to use raspberry yogurt.
  • You could use 1 cup of pre-frozen mixed berries from the grocery store in place of the berries in this recipe.

How to Make a Berry Smoothie

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Adjust the thickness with almond milk, if needed.
  3. Transfer to a glass, garnish with frozen berries and serve.

  • 1/2 cup banana slices - frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberry slices - frozen
  • 1/4 cup blackberries - frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries - frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed berry yogurt - or raspberry yogurt
  • frozen berries - optional garnish

Instructions
