🌴 Sip the Tropics

This smoothie has similar flavors to my mango smoothie and pineapple smoothie but the fruits are combined to make a vibrant, delicious tropical mixture.

  • It contains natural sweetness and vibrant flavors without the need for added sugar.
  • Ideal for breakfast, post-workout, or a midday energy boost.
  • Tastes like a mini vacation in every sip!
  • Refreshing summer drink or a winter escape in a cup.
  • Great for tropical-themed parties or wellness retreats.

🍍 Ingredients

Tropical smoothie ingredients prepped and labeled.
  • mango juice - Go for the 100% mango juice, meaning it has no added sugar. You could also juice your own mangoes, but I prefer the convenience of buying it pre-juiced at the grocery store.
  • frozen pineapple chunks - You can freeze your own pineapple or buy pre-frozen chunks from the grocery store.
  • frozen banana slices - You can also find these pre-frozen in the store or simply slice your own, place them on a baking sheet separately and transfer to the freezer until solid.

💪 3 Juicy Health Benefits

  1. Fiber - 1 cup of pineapple contains almost 10% of your daily fiber needs, which can help with hunger and digestion.
  2. Antioxidants - Mango contains antioxidants, which can help with the body's oxidative stress.
  3. Potassium - Bananas are rich in potassium, a mineral that is vital for your heart and blood pressure management.
