I don’t want to offend the other fruits, but blackberries are my favorite for smoothies. They have a deep color and flavor with little bits of blended up seeds. If you’re also digging the berries, I have a multi-berry smoothie and acai berry smoothie that you might like.

🥤Ingredients

Blackberry smoothie ingredients prepped on dark fuchsia background.
  • grape juice – No sugar added.
  • lime juice – Freshly squeezed.
  • Greek vanilla yogurt – Try 2% yogurt if you want to keep the fat lower. I personally don’t like zero fat dairy products but you can certainly use them in this smoothie if you prefer it or follow that type of diet.
  • frozen blackberries – You should be able to find them in the frozen section at the grocery store. If not, freeze your own by spreading them out on a sheet pan and popping them into the freezer for a couple of hours.

🥣How to Make a Blackberry Smoothie
