This celery smoothie incorporates none other than celery as its main ingredient, which has a high water content and fresh, mild flavor. It’s blended with complimentary ingredients like banana, orange juice, cucumber and green apple.

Ingredients

As a bonus, this recipe is easy to remember because you are throwing in ½ cup of each ingredient.

  • orange juice – unsweetened
  • celery – chopped
  • cucumber – peeling is optional but I personally leave it on
  • green apple – chopped and frozen–leave the skin of the green apple on
  • banana – sliced and frozen

How to Make it

Step 1

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

Step 2

Blend on high speed until smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 3

Celery smoothie with cucumber, banana and orange on the side.

Transfer to a glass and serve!
