While celery might seem like an unlikely smoothie ingredient, it offers a unique flavor profile and added nutrition. One of the main benefits of celery smoothies is their low calorie content. Including celery in your smoothies can add volume and a refreshing, crisp taste without adding too many extra calories or sugar compared to fruit.

Whether enjoyed as a refreshing breakfast, post-workout snack, or afternoon pick-me-up, this smoothie is a delicious way to fuel your body. It sure beats a cup of celery juice!

I also made a few more vegetable smoothies you might like: cucumber smoothie, carrot smoothie and raw beet smoothie.
