🧋 Ingredients

Boba smoothie ingredients prepped and labeled.
  • passion fruit juice - If you can't find passion fruit juice, passion fruit nectar also works. Just keep in mind that the 'nectar' usually has a lower percentage of actual juice and is also typically sweetened.
  • plain Greek yogurt - To make it nice and creamy.
  • frozen mango chunks - I usually use the pre-cut, pre-frozen mango from the grocery store. You can also freeze your own fresh mango if you prefer.
  • boba pearls - They are also known as black sugar tapioca pearls and they need to be prepared ahead of time by simmering in water, cooling and then sweetening them with sugar--follow the boba package instructions for exact details. If you don't want to add sugar, you can leave that step out.
