Carrot Smoothie

Sharing is caring!

This carrot smoothie is my son’s creation. It uses just a few simple ingredients, combining the sweet and slightly earthy flavors of carrots with the natural sweetness and creaminess of bananas. The end result is a thick and delicious, orange-colored, vegetable smoothie.

It’s a great way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet in a tasty and convenient way. I also have a green smoothie and kale and fruit smoothie that are just as tasty and filled with vegetables.

🥕Ingredients

Carrot smoothie ingredients prepped on dark teal background.
  • dairy milk – Or unsweetened non-dairy milk like almond, soy, oat, cashew etc.
  • fresh carrots – Look for carrots that are firm and bright in color.
  • frozen banana slices – You can freeze your own banana slices on a sheet pan or buy pre-sliced, pre-frozen bananas at the supermarket.
  • ice cubes – To thicken the smoothie.
  • honey – This is totally optional. You can sweeten the smoothie, to taste.
