This spinach smoothie is perfectly sweet and creamy. Even if you aren’t a fan of spinach, cooked or raw, you might find that you enjoy this smoothie and are able to stomach the taste just fine. The taste of the spinach is hardly noticeable amongst the vanilla almond milk, Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries and frozen mango.

This smoothie is super easy to make and great for busy mornings or as a healthy boost when that afternoon slump hits. It’s a simple way to eat clean and sneak in some greens—without actually tasting them!

✅ How This Smoothie Measures Up
- 😋 Taste & Texture: Mildly earthy and smooth.
- 🍭 Sweetness: Balanced, just the right amount. This also depends on whether or not you used sweetened yogurt/almond milk.
- 🥤 Thickness: Thick-ish.
- 🥛 Creaminess: Creamy from the yogurt and almond milk.
🥬 Ingredients

This smoothie has a nice combination of fruit and vegetable flavors:
- vanilla almond milk (not pictured) - The sweetened kind.
- vanilla Greek yogurt - It's thick and tangy with a hint of vanilla flavor which makes it a great choice for this smoothie.
- fresh baby spinach - You're not necessarily going to taste spinach in the smoothie but it's there to add nutrients and protein.
- fresh blueberries - I like the smaller blueberries because they seem to have more flavor and a better texture.

❓ Recipe FAQs
Yes! I love adding raw spinach to smoothies because it adds freshness but it doesn't alter the flavor so much. Make sure you clean it first by rinsing with cool water.
While spinach will add some amount of thickness, it's mostly the frozen fruit and yogurt that will really thicken the smoothie up.
You can and there is no need to thaw it first! I just find it easier to measure raw spinach. Frozen spinach is more packed in so you might need to add a little less for this recipe.
