Ingredients

  • chocolate milk – This can be regular chocolate milk, soy or almond.
  • almond butter – For more creaminess, protein and a hint of nutty flavor.
  • cocoa powder – For extra chocolate flavor.
  • frozen vanilla yogurt – This helps to make the texture creamy and smooth.
  • zucchini – You can clean out the seeds if you like or leave them in. I recommend leaving the skin on for extra fiber and nutrients.
  • ice – To help thicken the smoothie.

How to Make it

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until nice and smooth.
  3. Transfer to a glass and serve.
