This mango-strawberry smoothie is a fruity, frozen delight that is perfect for a light breakfast or snack. You only need 3 ingredients to prepare it and if you have a few more minutes to spare, you can assemble a cute fruit skewer to garnish the glass with—totally optional.

Ingredients

Using only 3 ingredients, this smoothie is suitable for those on a vegan or dairy free diet.

  • fresh orange juice – or passion fruit juice (or any juice you have on hand and would like to use up, but orange and passion fruit are my favorite for this recipe)
  • sliced strawberries – frozen
  • mango chunks – frozen
  • fresh mint – optional garnish

How to Make it

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender jar.
  2. Pulse a few times and then blend on high speed until smooth. If you would like it to be thinner, blend with another splash or two of the juice.
  3. Transfer to a glass. Garnish with fresh mint and a fruit skewer, if desired. Serve.
